For sports betting, including all cricket markets covering PSL, international series, and T20 events: bets placed after the start of the relevant event will be void unless explicitly offered as in-play bets. In-play bets are accepted at k777's live trading team's discretion and may be subject to delay. k777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest pricing error.
For live casino products, game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or live dealer dealing, as applicable. Following the twelve-month inactivity period, a monthly dormancy administration fee of PKR 100 (or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower) will be deducted from the account balance each calendar month until either: (a) the account is reactivated through a login by the account holder, or (b) the account balance reaches zero, after which the account will be permanently closed.
Accounts may be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing a reactivation verification process. Reactivation restores full access to remaining funds subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as granting you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any k777 intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k777 and its directors, employees, licensors, and content providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the k777 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures of any nature.
k777's total aggregate liability to any individual player, for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the player's use of the k777 platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, exclusive of any bonus credits.
k777 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance windows, third-party payment provider outages, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or any force majeure event beyond k777's reasonable control.
k777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where k777 considers that an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — k777 will notify you via your registered email address at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.
Continued use of the k777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k777 holds its international gaming licence.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, or, failing agreement, to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable under local law.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
